Key Responsibilities
1. Possess the maturity and gravitas to build relationships with existing clients and prospects, selling our social media credentials, support us in pitches in regard of the social media topics and help us to deliver outstanding social media campaigns and marketing solutions, consistent with the high standards we have within Serviceplan.
2. Be able to create and implement innovative social media campaign ideas for current and future communities (both internal and external), and knows that high quality execution of these projects is as essential as a well-organized management of all social communities and assets. Have relevant experience in defining key performance indicators and implementing enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success and know how to amplify content through media planning and buying, reporting and analysis.
3. Know how to lead a team of creative individuals, overseeing the production of content and social media assets, community management and drive them to campaign optimization.

Requirements
1. BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in agencies with a clear focus on Social Media
3. Excellent knowledge of the digital landscape in China, its platforms, players and channels and passion for Chinese social / digital marketing
4. Proven experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Experience with creating and identifying quality social media content related to company specific topics is preferred
6. Strong leadership and team management skills
