岗位职责：
1、主导项目需求整理/开发/测试过程、确保项目目标的实现，使项目团队按期按质按量地完成开发工作； 2、制定项目开发计划文档，量化任务，并合理分配给相应的人员；
3、跟踪项目的进度，协调项目组成员之间的合作，解决项目进展过程中存在的问题，及时发现并规避项目风险；
4、监督产生项目进展各阶段的文档，保证文档的完整和规范，保证项目技术质量；
5、负责项目工作量、成本、进度、风险评估和把控能力，合理处理项目变更事项；
6、项目完成的时候需要项目总结，改进项目开发中存在的不足；
7、跟进线上故障的处理进展，推进技术团队第一时间响应解决，并量化影响速度和指标，提高团队效率；
任职要求：
1、计算机、软件工程等专业本科及以上学历；
2、1-2年软件项目管理工作经验；
3、熟悉软件开发流程，具备软件项目工作量、成本、进度、风险评估和把控能力；
4、具备良好的逻辑思维，具备关键问题分析、解决能力和突发问题应对经验；
5、具备良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力，具有良好的人际沟通、协调、主动推进能力、判断与决策能力、计划与执行能力；
6、具备优秀的英语口头和书面沟通能力，并具备与客户多个层面进行沟通的能力，并善于在压力下有效的工作
7、有PMP证书，互联网项目开发管理经验者优先考虑。 举报 分享
