职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Major distributors development and management in assigned region
2. Sub-distributors and local chain development and management
3. Yearly contract negotiation with major distributors or local chain customers
4. Maintain good relationship with key distributor.
5. Yearly and monthly sales target achieve
6. Work with major distributors and sub-distributors to increase distribution coverage and reach more end users.
7. Customer training and brand salon execution
8. Achieve sales target of new product in assigned region
9. Working with Marketing team to build brand through marketing activities
10. Market and competitor information collection
11. Working with Supply Chain team providing arcuate forecast to avoid out of stock
12. Customer complaint handling
Competency:
1. Strong negotiation skills
2. At least 5 years sales experience especially in distributor development and management.
3. Basic written English skill
4. Good presentation skill
5. Strong planning capability
6. Strong PC software skill especially in excel &word, power point
7. Strong internal and external communication skill
8. Willing to travel frequency
9. High self-motivated
10. Strong business sense
11. Fast learner
12. Result oriented
