职位描述：
? Develop, implement and sustain the TQM infrastructure for Staples China, including structure (roles and responsibilities across functions, key metrics and reporting), organizations, processes, policies, procedures, etc. to ensure sustainable business growth
? Enhance and drive excellence in Merchandising Operations including SKU setup / maintenance, content creation and contract management.
? Drive continuous improvement in Merchandising Operations and quality performance (supply base, supply chain networks, internal quality metrics).
? Act as the key quality window for Staples China. Develop and sustain specific qualifications including (not limited to) ISO ISO9001, ISO14001, FSC as well as other requirements as needed.
? Develop and maintain a specific policy and procedure control system in alignment with company document control systems; Establish policies and procedures to ensure proper retention and control of quality records
? Overall end to end supply chain quality management and enhancement, including SBG. 举报 分享
