职位描述：
工作职责：
Develop short- and long-term strategy, provide content recommendations, monitor operation and manage data reporting and performance analysis for all digital touch points (website, social, mobile, APP)

Provide insight and support to organization campaigns from digital perspective; work with internal and external parties to ensure effective and efficient execution of projects.

Work closely with internal BUs to identify their promotional needs and define requirements on digital and social media platforms. Assist in developing promotion plans and timelines.

Analyze digital performance results and summarize key findings.

Daily communications with editorial team on content and campaign promotions.

Stay up to date with digital and social media trends, strategies and platforms.



任职资格：
Required Experience & Knowledge:
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

Strong Project management, data analysis, and creative skills

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint


EXPERIENCE NEEDED

At least 3+ years' experience in social media/digital marketing

Experience on high end consumer product/service strongly preferred

Experience in developing strategy and executing campaigns on all major digital platforms
