职位描述：

HIG (Hella International Graduate) 国际管培生是一个为期18个月的轮岗项目，旨在培养海拉中国未来的技术骨干力量和管理者。在项目周期内，HIG国际管培生将至少在三个业务部门进行轮岗，并且有机会去德国轮岗三个月。海拉将通过为管培生设置不同的岗位任务和配备专业导师，以及安排参加丰富的培训课程，使管培生的核心能力得到发展、多样化的工作经验得以积累，为其在海拉中国的成功职业生涯做充分准备。

Job Description

- Develop and refine the capex process, make sure capex process are set with proper control.

- Perform regular review to ensure timely closure of projects and timely assets transfer.

- Review monthly capex reports prepared by project team and finance.

- Coordinate internal with relevant departments, ensure related actions are timely followed up.

- Work with regional and global team to make sure all Capex related issues are properly handled

- Simulate different potential portfolios based on regional and/or global capacity plan

- Handle with and update MDB in Data Warehouse

- Involve in other project required

- This role is overall responsible for assistance regarding Capex asset procurement & payment.
