任务：Archibat 正在为亚洲和中东地区知名建筑和室内设计集团招聘资深室内设计师，工作地点设在上海。
Mission:
ArchiBat HR is looking for a SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER for one of the most important Architecture & Interior Design group in Asia and Middle East. The position is based in Shanghai.
任务：
－能应主管要求履行项目经理的职责
－领导团队完成设计方案
－协同设计总监完成概念设计，并同团队一起准备投标和施工文件
－协助设计总监完成项目规划并指导初级设计师
－监督初级设计师给出优秀设计与标准详图
－确保初级设计师遵守公司规定
－管理初级设计师 ，协调与主管的关系
Missions:
- Assume the role of project director when requested by the supervisor.
- Lead project teams to develop design solutions for delegated interior projects.
- Together with the design director develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction.
- Together with the design director assist with planning the project and junior designer work flow.
- Monitor train and supervise junior designers to provide good design and standard detailing.
- Ensure junior designers and adherence to corporate policy.
- Liaise with supervisor with regards to management and performance of junior designer.
职责：
1.建筑或室内设计本科学历
2.至少5－7年设计经验
知识，技能与能力：
1.良好的人际沟通能力
2.计算机使用熟练
3.合理安排时间
4.能提供设计详图
5.英语听说读写流利
6.吃苦耐劳
