职位描述：
Tasks :
Responsible for all operational, organizational, management activities and the coordination in the appointed projects.
Draft project time schedule together with relevant departments considering the necessary milestones according to IPD and PIM procedure; Drive the project execution according to the agreed time schedule.
Monitor and conduct the budgetary control of the project budget;
Build and maintain good relationships with all cross-functional departments in the company and the related intercompany organizations;
Responsible for a regular, timely, proper and comprehensive project reporting; Hold regular project meetings and issue meeting minutes; Draft clear and specific task list and track the deliverable & measurable results.
Oversee the entire value streamprocess of product line. Lead the team to work for continual cost reduction, quality enhancement and, lead time/delivery shortening.
Organize the resource to conduct Strategic Problem Solving (SPS). Lead the team to do problem breakdown and analysis the logic approaching with an engineering manner.
Be responsible and accountable for the communications to both internal and external parties from the company and overall operations perspective.

Requirements:
University graduate or equivalent experience.
Communication skills (English and Mandarin).
SAP System knowledge
Project management experience beneficial
Experience in plastic technologies and design of parts
Familiar with ACAD & Microsoft office tools 举报 分享
