Job Purpose:
To assist HR Director to achieve the company workforce planning, provide the more efficient and cost-effective recruitment services and daily operations on payroll services.
Key Accountabilities:
1. To assist HR Director in planning, developing and implementing the company's recruitment polices to meet the strategic business development in the short and long run.
2.To play the key role in talent searching and evaluation of all positions except key technical positions, managerial positions who directly report to Department Head or above.
3. To assist HR Director in talent searching and initial screening of all positions, such as phone interview. To select the most suitable candidates matching with the job requirement, workforce plan and the culture of the company.
4. Understand the social insurance, public housing fund and IIT (Individual Income Tax) related policy and regulations, to calculate the payroll correctly with timely manner.
5. To maintain and update all recruitment related HR records (including workforce data, the headcount request and job description, etc.) from time to time for statistics reports and record tracking.
6. To play as the key role for campus recruitment, especially for organizing campus recruitment events/ job fair, and work closely with 3rd party agencies and consultants.
7. To consolidate headcount request, job specification and requirement of opening for General Manager review and further assessment.
8. To execute Hiring/ Exit process, especially for internal and external audit if any.
Job Specifications:
1) College degree and above, major in English or HR Management is plus. Good command of written English, passed CET6 is a plus.
2) 3-5 years of in-house or in headhunting agencies recruitment experience, and 1-2 years in payroll related practice.
3) Strong sense of customer service and action oriented.
4) Good at communication and interpersonal skill set.
5) Proficiency in problem solving and negotiation skills.
6) Patient and detail-oriented would be a plus.
