职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
? select and qualify multi-source (at least 2 suppliers) for each category materials to reduce supply risk
? supplier management: manage supplier to assure stable quality supply:
                                     Quality defective issue each supplier per month< 1
                                     Delay delivery each supplier per year < 4
                                     Service complaint to each supplier per year < 4
                                     Monitor supplier and timely alert if any supply risk (worker lost, financial collapse)
? cost control: negotiate with suppliers to achieve best price to meet cost down target of each category mat
? closely monitor market price trend and propose action/solution to reduce cost impact.

? time schedule: on time deliverable of quotation, FOT, Pilot run, TMP and MP (all outsourced stitching FG)
? daily business: supplier management (quality and service), sample delivery and status follow up, internal communication.
? supports the team in managing day to day activities and setting priorities
? assigns tasks, planning and work load in agreement with manager
? coaches the team members in their roles
? ability to oversee many projects and escalate risks in timely fashion

Key Requirements:
? university degree with technical background
? over 6 years working experience in sourcing/purchasing field
? good English skills, interpersonal skills and Computer literacy
? solid background with good understanding of sourcing practice; good sense of negotiation, cost price calculation and analysis
