1. JOB SUMMARY
Assist costing manager to establish and maintain effective and efficient cost analysis system.
Provide timely and relevant financial analysis report for management decision.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Site payment review and Corp reimbursement;
b. Prepare department expenses report and AP aging report
c. Review sites' FCV status
d. Review and support sites' cost closing
e. Assists and provide guidance for OMIS implementation in operation sites. (Including cost structure setting and hourly rate review).
f. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
3. MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree with 2 years or above experience in production costing at multinational production companies.
Expert skills in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge and Experience with Costing
Knowledge and Experience in SAP
Carefulness on data checking and preparation
Honest, cautious, hard working and a good communicator, team player.
