岗位职责：
1,负责房地产项目融资，投资买卖沟通、交易谈判；
2,负责房地产项目投融资财务分析等；
3,负责数据汇总，撰写投资报告等；。
职位要求：
1,房地产投资、金融学或经济类本科以上学历，英语六级以上，硕士学历者优先；
2,了解房地产项目融资渠道，具备一定的投资分析能力；
3,具有一定的房地产投资和项目融资工作经验；
4,具备较强的口头表达能力及良好的文字功底，有强烈的工作激情；
5,熟悉办公自动化软件
6,有同行经验者优先
