职位描述:

NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION

· Coordinate and liaise with internal departments to achieve operational efficiency

· Support the execution of operations guidelines

· Assist in motivating and leading sales team to achieve sales target

· Prepare sales analysis and reporting

· Arrange for invoices, payments, and claims

· Order all kinds of POS materials and staff uniforms

· Handle customer enquiries and complaints

· Manage customer database and VIP Program

· Monitor the accuracy of stock inventory, such as day-to-day transferrals, write off, stock take

· Assist in executing of marketing events and activities in stores

· Coordinate with HR department in regards to personnel issues of retail staffs.

· Monitor of staff roster and manpower planning

· Manage of staff discount and allowance schemes, as well as gift voucher program

· Coordinate sample sale with merchandizing team

· Handle ad-hoc project and assignment, e.g. new store opening and store enhancement projects


Qualification/Education

· Degree holder in Business or related discipline.

Experience Required

· Minimum 2 years relevant retail operations experience






Particular skills/knowledge required

· Strong analytical skills and good in numbers

· Detail oriented

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Chinese input

· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

· Have a sense of urgency and ability to deal swiftly with changing needs

· Team player with the ability to work on own initiative when required
