岗位职责：

1、全面负责各个地区子公司项目的营销策划工作；
2、负责营销计划的编制（含销售计划及推广计划）及执行；
3、负责各项目的销售管理工作完成各项销售目标；
4、负责督导企划公司完成各项目的营销策划策略，平面表现及文案编制工作；
5、负责各项推广计划的落实实施；
6、沟通公司各职能部门；
7、负责项目前期定位工作及市场研究工作；
8、其他营销工作。

任职要求：

1、市场营销学相关专业本科以上学历，具有5年以上大中型房产公司工作经验；
2、有较强的品牌意识和敏锐的市场感知、把握市场动态和市场方向的能力；对市场具有一定的熟知程度。
3、卓越团队领导能力，具备较好的人际沟通能力。
