工作职责:
1.为客户检查设备的运作并实施测试,给用户提供仪器及软件方面的培训,确保用户熟练操作设备,积极参加指导或者参加用户培训课程。
2. 接听客户及销售电话,通过电话或者去现场就仪器及设备的应用和维修提供技术支持。提供专业的仪器故障维修指导,提供及时的后续支持以确保客户高度满意,根据需要提供技术服务。
3. 配合应用工程师,就工艺改进,质量控制测试,技术开发方面与客户沟通交流以帮助客户优化应用。
4. 在设备安装调试、用户培训、展会等活动中积极提供咨询服务,促进销售合同,积极与重点客户协调沟通。

岗位要求:
1. 本科以上学历,从事化学材料,化学工程,物理等相关专业;有丰富的材料分析技术及解决问题的实践经验者优先。
2.能够适应短期出差工作
3.英语CETS 4级以上,读写熟练
4.善于与人沟通,能够耐心解答客户问题,帮助客户解决设备操作问题

Customer Service Engineer

Materials is getting more complicated, nano-defined, and intricate, that industries are facing a great challenge of finding an appropriate, high sensitive, reproducible, hybridized probe for reliable testing and sustainable development. Our company is the one dedicated to supply highly innovative equipment with proven performance and references and to deliver application consultation service with the growth of need of material characterization in the industry. We require passionate technology advocate to join our team to contribute the excellent and professional on-site customer service and support with application knowledge to assist the novel development of industry.
 
 
Education
 
Degree holder in Material Sciences, Engineering, Physics or related technical discipline; in addition extensive material characterization technique and trouble-shooting experience is preferred.
 
Essential Duties and Job Functions
 
Installation and Training
Travel to the customer’s site to set up and verify the operation of equipment and conduct testing. Provide instrument, protocol and software training to users. Ensure that the customer is competent and proficient in the use and operation of the products. Conduct and/or participate in customer training courses.

Customer Service and Support
Take incoming calls from customers and sales personnel and provide responsive technical assistance by phone or onsite regarding the application, use, and maintenance of instruments, protocols and software. Provide professional instrument troubleshooting and maintenance. Provide immediate follow-up and support to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. Provide preventative maintenance and technical service as required
 
Process Development and Consultation
Interface with Application Engineer, responsible for understanding and communicating with customers on process improvement, quality control testing, technology development needs in order to assist the customers with optimizing applications, including process development design by using our hybridized material characterization equipment. This includes on-site application and customer service support.
 
Service and Process Consultation Service Sales
Actively seek out service contracts or process consultation service sales opportunities during system installations, customer trainings, trade shows and conferences, and drive service sales in key accounts.
