Responsibilities:

In charge of machine shop.

Use machines in machine shop to make molds and accessories.

Make PM plan and maintain plastic injection molds in good conditions and make parts to replace ones if worn out

Troubleshoot and solve tooling/molds manufacturing process issues



Qualifications:

Familiar with major CNC and conventional machines' operation, like Wire EDM, Sink EDM, Milling, Surface Grinding, Lathe. Familiar with HAAS CNC Mills and Sodick EDM preferred.

Familiar with metal treatment methods.

Familiar with equipment/Tooling maintenance system.

More than 3 years in Plastic Injection mold making environment.

Other metal processing equipments knowledge like drill press, band saw, TIG weld is a plus.

Good English communication skills.
