Requirements:
-Develops and maintains an SPC network, and Same Day transport Network plan for the geographical area to provide capability to Service Logistics Customers
-Secures regional, country and site agreements with vendors for all core business categories except Global IT and NBD (e.g. Warehouse, SD, etc)
-Reviews vendor management dashboards
-Prepares & executes vendor MBR/QBR
-Manages & solves vendor related issue escalations (in contact with site owner and MD’s of the partner)
-Manages overall vendor relationships for assigned partners and supports ROM for STRATEGIC partners
-Executes Endurance program in line with Endurance guidelines
-Reviews, provides input & executes vendor relationship changes linked to non-standard RFQs & CRFs
-Contributes to product development by reviewing vendor sourcing and assessing site readiness
-Manages billing exceptions
-This person is requested to solve both strategic issues at senior management level as well as operational and tactical level at middle management and lower level.
-Represent SPL district’s Senior Management as part of the customer teams, attend QBR/MBR and start initiatives on optimizing customer solutions
-Manage process improvement initiatives that directly result in cost reductions and more efficient operations.
-Driving standardisation of processes across multiple facilities and countries.
Qualifications:
-Fluent in English and Chinese
-Bachelor degree in Business, Logistics or Engineering or equivalent through experience
-Minimum 5 years Experience in logistics operations, vendor/infrastructure management
-Knowledge of logistics market in representative Area
-Minimum 5 years experience in logistics operations, managing vendor and infrastructure management
Ability to negotiate partner contracts at senior management level
-Good people management skills
-Excellent problem solving skills
-Good understanding of logistics operations environment
-Solid P & L experience
-Good understanding of High Tech Industry Dynamics
-Good knowledge of supply chain / WMS software
-Logistic experience required ( internal/External)
