Job responsibility: train and lead the members of the consultant team to achieve the annual regional performance targets, and evaluate the performance of the team members.

职责描述：

1、为客户提供海外学习的专业建议和学习计划
2、达成个人及团队业绩目标,协助团队成员发展；
3、为留学顾问提供销售，客户服务，关系建立的指导和培训；
4、维护学生信息数据库，建立与客户之间的良好关系
5、配合市场开发活动及品牌宣传
1. Provide the professional suggestions and study plans regarding study overseas for customers;
2. Achieve the individual and team performance targets; assist in the development of the members of the team;
3. Provide the guidance and trainings for the overseas-study consultants in terms of how to offer the sales services for the customers and how to establish relationships with the customers;
4. Maintain the students’information database and establish good relationships with the customers;
5. Coordinate the marketing activities and brand promotion activities.
