职位描述：

1.Cooperate with regional sales team of transport division, ensure to offer on-site technical service and material configurations to the customers of Marine, Bus & coach, Aircraft and Train & Tram & Metro fields. (Including Mock up for project, Consulting, Supporting, Training and Demonstrations etc.)

2.Cooperate with marketing team, prepare technical marketing tools, mock up and support for the important exhibition;

3.In charge of customer complaints on site investigation and reporting, provide technical solution to optimize the product installation.

4.Participate in the proposals new laying instruction of floor covering and related updating affairs.

5.Collect the technical information on the market such as auxiliary material application, floor covering installation teams, floor covering product and application standards and regulations.

6.Participate the laying & maintenance tests for new products, new product solution and also benchmark study for transportation floor covering products etc.

7.Assistant to manage the technocentre, organize training, materials preparing, laying test etc.;

8.Ensure the records and reporting timely.

Requirements:

1.Good English written & read;

2.Auto-CAD, Microsoft office;

3.4 years working experience in technical support/service, after service;

4.At least 2 years working experience in building materials, better for PVC floor or relative industry;

5.Be able to travel frequently;
