职位描述
Main Specific Functions:
· Building up off- premise catering service standard regarding logistic , service standards for different kind of events, staff knowledge, part time staff management, service procedures, on- site service principal ect. to ensure the system will support company business growth and company business goals creating lifelong clients through exceptional service .
· Managing the financial and accounting activities (budgets; invoicing; contracting) of a catered event;
· Through effective execution of service standard to improve clients satisfaction.
· Develop event service team member to improve and grow in the terms of event planning and service quality controlling.
· Plan the organization of events with sales department. (The information from the site inspections with important details presented to ensure the efficient communications of the layout of the venues).
· Check all in-house event pack ups of equipment and documents prepared by Event Manager & Event Coordinators (Synergy systems templates, purchasing orders from suppliers, sourcing vendors, transportation, productions schedules for events, tableware pack up list, etc.)
· Supervision of the Co-ordination of all components of the event with other departments (kitchen, operations, accounting) and with external vendors (beverage, rentals, entertainment, décor, etc.) from an overall prospect .
· Coach and evaluate the Event Mangers in the supervision of assigned on-site events to ensure extraordinary service and exquisite food be provided to clients in accordance with company procedures and standards.
· Check that all event documentation (Client Preliminary Function Sheet, Packs Up List, Event Reports.) has been prepared according to SOPs
· Communicate with HR concerning part-time staff performance at the completion of an event and assist HR with carrying out staff performance assessment.
· Handle clients' phone calls promptly and provide immediate attention to customers' needs when necessary.
· Identify issues and concerns with event execution and immediately report special issues to responsible account manager. .
· Update the service and event organization standards with approval of President.
· Provide training to Event managers, Event coordinators, Captain and Part time staff to ensure their competency improvement.
