Job Description
Overall responsibility of Administration & Logistics for all business units in the region & would include:

1. Communication system – Landlines, Mobile, Fax machines etc.
2. All House-keeping activities management
3. Office Administration
4. Logistics – Company Vehicles, Courier /Mail services
5. Event Management
6. Vendor Management
7. To ensure statutory compliance at all units in terms of office licenses, contract agreements etc.
8. To effectively manage team members & their performances
9. Compliance to company policies & regional statutory norms
10. Verification of books and ensure accuracy
11. Dealing with partners, consulates and bankers.
12. Coordinating for internal & external audits
13. Internal processes & documentation

Minimum Requirements
1. 5-7 years of work experience in Administration management experience
2. Mastery of both English and Chinese
3. Graduate degree or global equivalent
4. Customer Orientation
5. Good interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work in a team
7. Should be flexible & able to multitask
8. Ability to work under pressure
9. Strong Analytical & Problem Solving skills
10. Should be achievement oriented
11. Should be able to lead & develop others
