职位描述Job Description:
- Answer consumer inquiry and handle consumer complaint via NESTLE consumer Hotline and other contact means in the positive and professional way;
- Capture & classify consumer information;
- Prioritize issues and identify potential problems
- Complete contact log and report;
- Participate working shift scheduled from Mon to Sun. May possibly working during public Holiday.
职位要求Requirements:
- Background of Food health, Medical or nutrition;
- Experience of consumer services and understanding consumer services principle and practice;
- Good consumer complaint handling skills;
- Good personality with attending to details;
- Optimism and positive;
- Speak fluent mandarin and basic English;
- Good keyboard skills include. Microsoft Office Applications (word, PowerPoint, Excel).
