Responsibilities:
? Build and lead order fulfillment and customer service teams.
? Manage, develop and implement process concerning the sales operations, including internal approval process, forecast consolidation, post-sales transactions.
? Manage sales contracts
? Develop and lead service team to provide world class full customer service
职责：

Qualification for the Job:
? Minimum 15 years’ experience in sales operations
? Must have experience with commercial sales
? Experience with solutions-based business approaches (combined products & services)
？ Assemblying
？ Solution Development
？ Installation
？ Verification & Monitoring
？ Service & Maintenance
? Experience establishing policies & procedures for commercial sales and after-sales
? Hands-on (will be performing as well as managing)
任职资格：
? 15年以上销售运营经验；
