职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
The position holder should proactively support the management in the HR related issues and bring the HR input into the business.
- Act as key contact for managers in all HR issues to ensure availability of HR services
- Ensure by means of HR development and resourcing that the organization has sufficient and appropriate talent to achieve the business target
- Manage employee relations through expanding communication channels and face-to-face meetings
- Manage employee discipline, reward and recognition to prevent labor disputes and litigations
- Partner with business leaders and frontline managers to find out needs and requirements in the area of
human resources management; provide daily consultations and help with solutions.
- People strategy implementation and resource & competence planning, e.g.: manpower planning, leadership review,
competence needs identification and prioritization. competence development follow-up, etc.
- Oversee recruitment process: support managers in profile creation; interview support on demand;
responsible for individual work contract content (despite top management & expats), etc.
- Support the organizational development
- Other tasks or projects as assigned
Position Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above with a relevant major, overseas study background preferred
- Minimum 8 years in HR field in an multinational company environment, at least 2 year in a managerial role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding business acumen and strategic mind set
- Sound track on people management and can work as role model, including coaching and motivating
- Solid knowledge on HR related laws, rules and regulations
- Systematic thinking, logical, disciplines, and stick to principles with proper flexibility
- Fluent in English communication
