Role (Purpose of the job):

To support regions and key account in sales to order process; produce regular reports; co-ordinate between regions and factory in order related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place orders for regions and key account as well as HKG&TWN, monitor order status and control deadlines
• Contact factory for daily operation issues and unexpected slots changes
• Actively co-ordinate between regions and Asia Sales as well when needed, to optimize slots in each period
• Produce regular reports such as weekly sales report, weekly&month stock report, weekly order summary report ect
• Issue shipping instructions to factory every month
• Maintain good network with factory in Sweden and our own regions
• Maintain database to have on time and accurate update

Main competence requirements:

• Active attitude, willing to take initiative and solve problem
• Quick learner and team work player
• Excellent Communication skill
• Excellent oral and written English
