Job description

The BI Analyst is an individual contributor and will play a key role in developing business analysis, reporting and insights supporting business performance management and decision making for Oriflame China. This role needs to have a strong understanding of the retail business, network marketing, CRM and have strong data and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities:
1. Provide regular business analysis and updates of business performance, key metrics, as well as driving ad-hoc projects supporting sales, marketing, CRM, other business functions and senior management.
2. Utilize market research and big data analytics to get insight for marketing decisions
3. Understanding the requirements such as business objectives, scope of information to be covered, business questions to be answered, etc. Conversion of the business requirement into data specification – collection, structuring, cleaning, analysis, reporting
4. Develop key strategic materials for the company including new business plans, financial analyses, executive dashboards and post-mortem reviews.
5. To drive innovation across the company by helping identify, analyze, implement and manage new business initiatives.

Expected Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems or similar domain.
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in consulting, business analysis and market research
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Business Intelligence tool, statistical or data mining techniques
4. Domain knowledge in network marketing, retail and passion in applying science in these domain
5. Experience in data mining of CRM, consumer behavior (both online and offline) is a plus.
