Key responsibilities:

Ensure the operation process meets customers’ requirements including supply assurance and cold chain assurance

？ Ensure the operation process is operated in compliance with HAVI’s international standards

？ Monitor the operation process to achieve distribution efficiency measurements (DEM).

？ Ensure all the equipment and facilities are properly maintained

？ Seek continuous process, quality and cost improvements by researching and developing new operational practice and technological advancement

？ Ensure sanitation, safety and security at work

？ Plan and approve operational revenues and expenses

？ Prepare strategic plan and annual operational budget

？ Build the operation team and enhance performance through leading, motivating, coaching, training, leveraging, sharing inform.

Skills:

？ Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

？ Good command of MS office applications and Chinese window

？ Strong communication and presentation skills. Strategic and logical thinking, good interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, innovative problem solving skills. Strong leadership and people management skills and be able to manage a successful team.

Experience:

？ 10+ years or above management experience in manufacturing operation, production, logistics or supply chain management is preferred.

？ A bachelor degree or above in management or related disciplines.
