1.根据公司现有境外游产品和客户需求为客户量身定制旅行计划；
2.负责与客户的全程沟通和所有旅行相关问题解答；
3.与供应商联系落实签证，机票，酒店，地面服务和客人的特殊要求；
4.客户度假期间与供应商保持联系，确保客户旅行过程顺畅；
5.及时客户回访，提高客户满意度。及时向产品团队反馈客人意见和建议
职位要求
1. 有3年以上旅游行业相关工作经验，如：高端旅游，外宾出入境旅游操作经历，或小众旅游产品销售等；
2. 全日制大学本科以上学历，英语听说读写流利，适应全英语工作环境，英语或旅游相关专业者优先考虑；
3. 良好的人际间沟通和交际能力，强烈的服务意识；
4. 高效，认真细致的工作态度以及团队合作精神；
5. 敢于积极主动的面对新的挑战，耐心的完成被交予的工作；
6. 能够出差
