About the position:
Retail Development Officer is to support Retail Development Department’s clerical work and logistics support. This position requires the job holder having good patience and care to details working style, as well as good filing/writing skills.
Principal job responsibilities:
-Providing clerical supports to achieve the annual new store opening.
-Be responsible for data consolidation and analysis, including filing.
-Be responsible for all stores equipment daily maintenance liaison between vendors and stores, including communications and filing.
-Monitor all stores repairing progress, including payment request etc..
Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor degree or above
-Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision
-Proactive, organized and detail-minded
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties
-Flexible and able to work under pressure
-Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
-Proficient in EXCL/PPT/WORD
