职位描述：
JOB TITLE: Quality Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Tianjin Factory quality department to focus on handling customer complaints, process & product quality control, incoming inspection, supplier quality improvement ,ISO system management etc.,
2. Maintain & improve quality assurance system, product certifications and all EHS policies.
3. Support to drive LEAN and other continuous improvement projects in factory; Support an accurate and quick incoming inspection of the material for CRE.
4. Ensuring all factory items (pumps, parts, accessory components and related equipment) meet specified specifications, parameters and quality guidelines.
5. Work closely with operations/supplier train and sourcing teams and local suppliers to ensure all quality and technical specifications are strictly adhered to. To assist with smooth and effective completion of all action items, purchase requests or sourcing needs.
6. Actively participate in New Project Teams to provide clear, timely and professional feedback on materials, products, accessories or components sourced or purchased from China.
7. Manage supplier relations in respect to reducing costs, maintaining quality, improving internal processes and manufacturing techniques to ensure timely quality delivery, work with the suppliers to build the parts manufacturing process control documents.
8. Will be responsible for Quality Control and Quality Inspection of all materials to required parameters, will be responsible to learn and train on different manufacturing technologies required for pumps, parts, accessories and components.
9. Coach and mentor the quality staff.
10. Maintain factory ISO 9000 quality system, implementation of ISO 14000, ISO 18000 system etc.
11. Other duties and projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
？ Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related subject
？ At least 8 years’ experience in related industrial international company .Have team management experience and cross function cooperation experience.
？ Good knowledge of machining and assembly process. Quality full function experience, such as system management, SQE or process control.
？ Good command of spoken and written English, Frequent domestic business trip.
？ Knowledge of ISO9000 certified internal auditor will be a plus. 举报 分享
