Key responsibilities:To organize and manage daily activities which include scheduling and organizing meetings and conference calls, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications and catering; To arrange and confirm local, domestic, and international travel for the senior management;To maintain filed and keeping record of the China organization, and monitoring and checking all reports within the organization including business expense reports, phone bills, leave applications and all relevant corresponses;To coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties, provide effective administrative supportto ensure smooth operation;To arrange and manage other supporting activities as assigned.<br>
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in lanuage, economics, or relevant major is required;5-8 year of experience or above in EA;Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
