Responsibilities:
1.Report to the Finance Director - China
2.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
3.Reports, analyses and review on monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results
4.Review country, branch and line of business performance
5.Assist in preparing budgeting, forecast, executive reports and business opportunity evaluations to be in line with strategic business objectives, and provide financial analysis and recommendation to Management
6.Business partnering with different business units and regional managers
7.Analyze and work with business owners and other functional heads for the results of different business models, margin/contribution analysis, expenditures analysis, etc.
8.Responsible for KPI process, analysis and metrics recommendation
9.Review & implement financial control policies and procedures and drive for improvements to strengthen operational efficiency
10.Continuing development and improvement in financial management system. Implementation of Group policy & procedures
11.Assist in financial system changeover and implementation
12.Prepare ad hoc analyses and work on special projects as needed.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferred with audit experience
2.Strong strategic, financial planning and business analysis experience
3.Excellent analytical skills with business acumen
4.Experience in a multinational corporate environment with matrix structure
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
6.Advance user of MS Excel and Powerpoint. Hyperion knowledge is definitely an advantage
7.Willing to work under pressure, deliver results and meet tight deadlines.
