职位描述

Your environment:
To grow the commercial banking business by both actively acquiring new local corporate relationships as well as some select foreign invested companies domiciled in the central China provinces of Hubei, Hunan and its immediate vicinity and deepening relationship with existing client base, in line with the commercial banking business strategy, with a strong view to maximize return while mitigating risks.

Main Responsibilities:
1.To originate new commercial banking relationships with focus on the local corporate sectors but also selectively target foreign invested companies domiciled in the branch's catchment areas
2.To work with CORI CRMs to deepen the relationship with a portfolio of existing clients targeting to increasing commercial banking penetration with strong focus on trade finance, cash management products and working capital loans.
3.To guide the CA closely to ensure credit proposals are structured and priced properly to protect the bank's interest with acceptable return
4.To work and supervise CAs to complete credit proposals and reviews within reasonable turnaround time. Proper follow up with Risk is also needed in respect of addressing all further enquiries and additional input as needed.
5.To plan visit to facility clients at acceptable frequencies to update business development of the clients as required by the management and the Risk as well as to identify and react to early warning signals on deterioration of counterparty risk and operational risks.
6.To work with Trade Finance sales based in Tianjin Branch to properly evaluate trade finance opportunities for the clients referred by them and align with CA to capture the business opportunity by obtaining the necessary credit approval.
7.To work with Compliance and Operations to ensure all KYC is done properly for both new and existing clients and escalate timely for management approval for all exceptions
8.To identify cross-selling opportunities on all prospects and existing clients on CIB products and assist the respective CIB product sales to win the mandate from relationship perspective.
9.Other ad hoc tasks / relevant responsibilities as assigned by the management
Your profile

10.Bachelor degree (finance or business discipline and Master Degree can be a plus)

Candidate Profile:
1. At least 3 years experience as a relationship manager for local corporates, preferably with a major international bank
2. Solid accounting, financial and credit analysis skills
3. Sound knowledge on different bank products, particularly commercial banking/transaction banking products
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build up rapport quickly with clients
5.Good presentation and negotiation skills
6. Team playing
7. English/Mandarin - Fluent
8.Well versed in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must)
9. CFA or ACCA qualification is a plus
10. Frequent business travels are required
