Responsibilities:

1. Support SCEPCo Corporate System,Competence and Assurance Team Lead on HSSE Systems implementation,incident reporting and learning and performance management in:

- Support HSSE&SP-MS implementation and improvements across SCEPCo ventures (GCF/Procedure updates,training and communications).

- Monitor and track HSSE performance.

- Prepare HSSE performance presentation/information pack for projects and SCEPCo management meetings.

- Be as the Fountain Gatekeeper.

- Review incident reporting and classification and track the follow up progress.

- Conduct incident trend analysis

- Prepare HSSE posters and other promotion initiatives.

- Compile monthly HSSE data from all SCEPCo projects and offices.

- Conduct related HSSE training for staff.

- Being as the contractor holder to PPEs contract and other HSSE related contracts as appropriate.

- Being the custodian of the SCEPCo HSSE website.

- Organise and coordinate major HSSE campaign,event and activities (i.e. safety day,contractor HSSE Workshop etc.)

- Participate internal HSE audits/reviews and assist with independent or external audits/reviews.

- Provide support on HSSE aspects in Contract HSSE Management.

- Collect and compile HSSE reports/highlights to UIA (i.e. Dashboard,TD-E HSE report).

- Track HSSE Critical positions competence assurance.

- Support SCEPCo Emergency Response (setup,training,drills)

2. Support Contract HSSE Advisor in greenbanding process as required.

3. Support SCEPCo HSSE Culture Programme.

4. Provide support on Office HSSE as the member of the Office HSSE Committee.

5. Provide HSSE advice and sharing with Shell upstream JVs

6. Facilitating external HSSE sharing and engagement activities with Chinese Partner

Requirements:

- Minimum bachelor degree in Science or Engineering or an advanced degree in HSE (Safety) Management.

- Minimum 10 years working experience in Oil and Gas company with good corporate views; in which at least 8 years in HSSE area. Experience on site and/or JV environment would be preferred.

- Knowledge of PRC HSE laws and legislations.

- Knowledge of project management skills, and contractor management and JV working experience is an advantage.

- Familiar with computer usage for HSE data collection and performance reporting.

- Good written and fluent oral English

- Strong personal soft skills in communications

- Good team player.

- Demonstrate regional & global perspective. Capable of working in different environments and cultures.

- Enterprise first behaviour and effective interpersonal skills are desirable. Self-starter & self-motivated.

- Good analytical, problem solving, communication, facilitating and presentation skills are essential.

- Work under high pressure without compromising standards and principles.
