MISSION
Take responsibility for the coordination and development of all relevant products in the scope and give technical support to sales team & key customers.

KEY TASKS
- Team management & development
- Annual project plan set up & implement with clear & quantitative Objective
- Annual team budget set up & expense management
- Monthly working plan & lab plan set up and management
- Business trip plan & market survey plan set up and implement
- Update all projects progress by monthly report, and share with relevant Contact in HQ
- New product (project) development with creative concept & differentiation & competitiveness
- Existing product optimization, such as quality, packaging, cost etc
- Provide internal (sales, marketing, production...etc) & external (key customer) technical support, such as ingredients knowledge training, product knowledge & application training, new product processing training...etc
- Ensure confidentiality on all technical related information
- Cooperate with Headquarter & regional R&D to transfer Puratos innovation / intelligence for local application or renovation.
- Work interdependently with relevant department like marketing, sales to push project moving forwards in compliance with confirmed time frame with expect result
- Provide efficient solution proactively to customers with real team spirit

COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor degree is necessary, master degree or above will be welcome
- Be with creative, business & market & customer orientation mindset
- Team player, with proactive attitude to serve and support
- Be with sufficient & practical or relevant knowledge, skills, experience about bakery / patisserie related raw materials, formulation, product development, processing, suppliers, local legislation etc
- On line working experience will be added value, B to C working background will be also welcome
- Good English skill in reading & writing & speaking & listening
- Good computer skill, like windows related software
- Good communication & presentation skill
