Requirements/任职要求:

- College graduate or above/大专以上学历
- Major in Mechanical, Business or Trading/机械，商务或贸易专业
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales/至少在销售方面有3年工作经验
- Experience in fastener industry is preferred/有在紧固件行业经验者优先考虑
- Good communication and presentation skills/良好的沟通和介绍技巧
- Able to work with high efficiency, strong sense of responsibility and team-spirit/工作有效率，有责任感和团队合作精神
- Strong problem solving ability/较强的问题解决能力
- Be able to work under pressure/能在压力下工作
- Target driven/以目标为行动导向
- Good health condition/身体健康

Functional area/职责:

- Execute company’s business policies/执行公司的业务政策
- Apply company’s sales strategies/运用公司销售策略
- Develop new customers in assigned area/在指定区域开发新客户
- Maintain and keep good relationship with existing customers in assigned area/负责指定区域内的现有客户，并保持良好关系
- Responsible for achieving sales budgets of all customers in assigned area/负责完成指定区域内所有客户的销售预算
- Promote the company to market/在市场上推广公司
- Develop sales plans/制订销售计划
- Make reports on sales activities/制作销售业务报表
- Comply to company’s procedure/遵守公司流程
- Coordinate with other related departments to offer good service to customers/同其他相关部门合作为客户提供很好的服务
- Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行
- Compliance to ISO9001-2008 遵照ISO9001-2008
- Other works assigned by manager/经理分派的其他工作
