PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business and existing customer sales in his/her assigned territory and verticals. He/She is to achieve sales goals by uncovering and closing new business with both current customers and prospects. The candidate profile is generally an experience hunter with a good rolodex of HR contacts, advanced sales, business development and closing skills with strengths that include relationship building and having the ability to become the trusted advisor. Key focus areas will include opportunity identification, relationship management, sales execution, and effective internal communication. In addition, they will be responsible for the maintenance of a robust pipeline with predictable long term success.
The role will involve working closely with the Group Sales Director APAC in order to grow the business across Asia with particular focus on China. Key focus areas will include lead management, opportunity identification, relationship management, sales execution and operational handover. In addition, the sales manager will be responsible for maintaining the pipeline in salesforce and ensuring all contacts, meetings and opportunities are captured and kept up to date.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Timely and responsive follow up on sales leads and development of targeted lead generation campaigns based upon specific market opportunity or industry solutions
? Cold calling in order to find relevant contacts and set meetings
? Delivery of sales and marketing proposals for customers
? Delivery of sales presentations to close sales in a professional and effective manner
? Providing product feedback and enhancements required to penetrate new markets or accounts
? Maintaining up-to-date awareness of activities, industry trends and government regulations
? Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner
? Develop and maintain communication in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers
? Attend industry events

? Communicating openly, honestly and constructively
? Treating all employees and customers with dignity, respect and courtesy
? Taking responsibility for and making every effort to resolve communication, trust and respect concerns and problems.
? Performs other job related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

1. Achieve assigned lead generation goal and completed meeting goal
2. Achieve assigned realized revenue goal
3. Achieve sales target goals
