Responsibilities:
It requires a seasoned finance leader with business acumen and technical accounting skills:
? Managing General Accounting, Financial Reporting, Treasury (Cash Management, Investments and Foreign Exchange), Tax Compliance & Reporting and Forecasting & Budgeting
? Responsible for maintaining integrity of the financial statements, proper control and reconciliation
? Confirming proper treatment and compliance of all accounting transactions, reporting and compliance under US GAAP and PRC GAAP, as applicable
? Implementing and monitoring corporate accounting policies and procedures
? Providing financial analysis and reports to US Corporate and local management team
? Assisting local management team in strategic and financial planning, analysis, business development activities and providing support on various finance related matters
? Review and analysis of various contracts to analyze the financial impact
? Coordinating with Corporate Treasury for various cash management and other treasury related activities
? Coordinating with Corporate Tax for various tax related activities
? Coordinating with Internal Audit on activities related with internal control and compliance
? Coordinating various finance related I/T projects with I/T department
? Coordinating annual audit and quarter-end review with outside auditors
? Lead and/or assist with various technical accounting and research projects
? Assists with various projects
? Managing department of 12

Experience:
? Minimum 8-10 years of related accounting and finance experience including 5-7 years of management level experience with increasing responsibilities in multinational company
? PRC and US GAAP experience

Education:
? Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
? Certified Public Accountant
? Master degree in Accounting/Finance preferred

? Ability to be hands-on and detail oriented
? Strong work ethic and high energy, commitment to an exciting fast paced environment
? Strong operations accounting orientation
? Strong analytical and modeling skill
? Able to influence, train and mentor staff to achieve the desired objectives
? Ability to identify areas and make recommendations for improvements in existing processes

? Independent, self starter with ability to prioritize workload
