1. 负责注塑生产班组的日常管理；
2. 负责生产现场协调配合主管完成计划；
3. 负责现场5S管理；
要求：
1. 中专以上学历；
2. 熟悉注塑生产流程，至少2年以上的生产管理经验；
3. 具备基本调机能力，对模具/设备有一定基础知识；
4. 能大致熟悉原材料特性；
5. 能适应倒班和加班。
