X SCHOOL is an after school enrichment program developed for bilingual students. We focus on social/emotional competencies, 21 century skills, and STEAM based projects.

Location: Shunyi / Chaoyang Park/ Tongzhou
Student’s age: 5-15
Class Size: 3-12 students

? Teaching hours: 20-25 per week
? Office hours: 15-20


Role Description
Position: Teacher
Location: Beijing, China
Overview: At X-School we want to inspire and nurture students to develop academic knowledge and skills, as well as 21st century skills, enabling them to truly succeed in studying or working overseas. It is not enough to get into a good university overseas, it is about how to succeed in a global context. Grades and test scores are not a formula for success. We believe this can only be achieved through a holistic long-term learning program that engages the family too. At X-School we work with students from 5-15 years through a blended offline and on-line program that is built upon our unique interdisciplinary curriculum. We engage students in continual daily learning to supplement their formal education, and through project based experiential learning they apply their skills in groups.

Key Responsibilities:
? Provide a warm, high energy atmosphere when teaching any off-line and on-line classes
? Effectively prepare all teaching resources for any classes based on the lesson plans
? Complete the on-line assessment for each student
Key Requirements:
? Native English speaker
? Bachelor degree
? 2-5 years’ teaching experience ? Drama background/experience
? Passion for nurturing and developing 21st century skills
? Strong organizational/ administration experience
? Meet with the parents for assessment reports and development planning
? Manage the student center and upload photos and work from the students each week 举报 分享
