Major responsibilities

- Issue timely financial statements accounts and report to HK head office

- Conduct monthly review of Profit & Loss Statement & Balance Sheet to ensure compliance with both local & HK audit and tax regulations.

- Handle PRC corporate tax return and other government compliance

- Timely and accurate production of local personal tax returns, social insurance policy to ensure compliance with local tax and labour regulations.

- Manage cashflow forecast & prepare payroll for staffs in Beijing.

- Manage credit & collections process of Beijing receivable to max cash collection for business operation.

- Manage & update operating & administrative expenses for production of timely payable & office expenses report to HK.

- Work with external auditors to deliver statutory audits.

- Track regional expenses and highlight exposures to liaise with HK for timely report generation.

- Handle various license applications and ensure compliance

- Liaising and meeting with bank, government department and professional firms

- Other reports and schedules analysis

Requirements

- Degree in Finance / Accounting with professional qualifications in PRC

- Over 8 years finance / accounting experience in PRC with at least 3 years in similar positions

- Hand on experience in handling PRC corporate tax return, VAT and liaising with China local tax bureaus

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Good interpersonal and communication skill
