Fundamental Purpose 基本描述
Responsible for designing, implementing, and operationally managing strategies for supply chain and logistics. Processing in the area of transportation, thirty party of logistics, customers and export administration. Responsible for ensuring common ERP system (Oracle).
Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1)Supporting Site Materials Manager to deal with the handling, receiving, storage, packaging and delivery of items to the extent necessary to ensure conformance with specified requirements
协助工厂物料经理根据要求处理,接收,储存,包装和发运物料
2) Supporting Site Materials Manager to deal with kitting and introduce the material to floor to keep production line smoothly
协助工厂物料经理为生产线配套物料组件
3) Supporting Site Materials Manager to identify, preserve and segregate, as appropriate, all direct material from the time of receipt until the Company’s responsibility ceases
协助工厂物料经理从收货到发运,负责直接物料的识别,维持,分离等
4)Responsible for the planning and scheduling of the various manufacturing operations of the facility as it relates to material control activities up to and including release authorization on completion of manufacturing
根据生产需求,负责物料计划
5)Responsible for vendor scheduling of items to ensure production schedules are met as well as physical inventories as required
根据客户需求,制作生产计划,负责设置合理库存
6)Responsible for customs and logistic solution: import and export the material and products, as well as the equipment importing and engineering parts
根据客户需求和物流方案,负责产品,机器及工程件的进出口事宜
7) Responsible for logistic solution including shipping to customer and pull the parts from supplier
负责物流方案
8) Establish logistics strategy and ways of working.

9) Lead, manage and develop Logistics-related, policies and procedures, with the objective of achieving the lowest cost, best quality and timeliness in accordance with departmental
领导、管理和发展与物流相关的政策及流程,达到低成本、高质量及及时有效地目标。
10) Assure material availability in line with the plans. Ensure capacity for all projects and production.
确保物料与计划的一致性,确保项目及生产的能力。
11) Other assignment directed by Exe. Director Asia Operations
亚洲区运作执行总监交办的其他事宜。
Special Working Requirement 特殊工作要求
ERP system (Oracle) is required.
必须熟悉ERP系统(Oracle)系统。
Education Bachelor Degree or above
Preferred Major Supply Chain or related
Experience工作经验
8 years experience in supply chain, at least 3 years in management role.
