职位描述：
1.Research
-collect related information and work out feasible plan;
-consult regulatory, compliance with expert;
-Record lab data and information and keep all information updated in time.
2. Lab trial assistant,
3. Lab trails and results analysis:
-test the items as the lab plan required;
-conclusion for the lab results and reasonable analysis other analysis ;
4. Feedback and discussion:
-Feedback the results and comparison to leader in time;
-record all related information of trials in notebook and witnessed by the group leader.
5. Lab management
- Responsible for lab environmental sanitation management
- Responsible for lab raw material management
- Responsible for equipment maintenance management
Functional Requirements:
1.Graduate degree or above;
2.Food science background. And experience on dairy, bakery products; be familiar with food regulatory;
3.Fluent spoken/written English, MS-office skills;
4.Good communication and trouble-shooting ability;
5.Good health condition and meet the heath requirement of food plant. 举报 分享
