职位描述：
主要工作职责：半导体测试设备的应用及技术支持，包括：
1. 负责项目管理，新产品的介绍以及演示，为客户提供技术支持和培训；整理技术资料，为客户提供优良方案；
2. 负责新设备的装机及验收；
3. 对技术问题具备评估，分析，诊断和解决的能力，负责客户现场机器的维修与维护；
4. 为客户提供设备的应用，维护，以及各个方面技术支持；
5. 制作并更新区域服务报告，为客户推荐完善的解决方案，推进客户技术支持机制；
6. 协助其他工程师完善设备的装机和技术支持。

职位要求
1. 本科或以上学历，物理等相关专业，如材料学，微电子学；
2. 有半导体/集成电路工艺等设备相关经验优先；
3. 良好的项目管理以及沟通能力；
4. 工作积极进取，独立性强，具有强烈的团队合作意识，能有效的为团队成员提供指导以及帮助；
5. 良好的英语能力。

Main responsibilities:
Responsible for providing applications and service support of Semiconductor Metrology systems.

Job responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for new product introduction, projects management, customer demonstration. provide application support and training to customers. responsible for generating best known method (bkm) documents and other training materials.
2. Responsible for new systems installation and tool acceptance.
3. Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical equipment problems. repair and update equipment at customer facility.
4. Conducts customer technical training on all aspects of equipment maintenance support for user applications.
5. Prepares fields service reports on customer support activity, make recommendations for improvement.
6. Assists other field service engineers as on installation and service support.

Qualifications:
1. BS or MS degree in physics, or related engineering fields, such as optics, materials science, microelectronics.
2. Experience in IC processing/Semiconductor equipment is a plus.
3. Good project management and strong communication skills needed.
4. Self-driven and independent working capable, meanwhile a strong team player. good potential to provide guidance to team members.
