职位描述：

The Homologation Expert will work with AP and LEA regional related functional teams to obtain China homologation required certificate and catalog for target vehicle to ensure target vehicle to be able to sell in China market.
 

1. Provide input on the in-market homologation requirements to relative departments in terms of  

   1. what and how many vehicles needed

   2. what and how many components needed

   3. how much budget needed

   4. what onsite support needed

   5. the basic requirement to homologation vehicle, and so on
       

2. Collect homologation technical parameters and drawings from other Ford LEA regions, e.g. Ford North America, closely working together with counter parts in other regions and get this technical information uploaded into CQC/MEP/BEPB’s database.
    

3. Develop in-market homologation plans including

   1. when the homologation vehicles/components need to get to China authorized test labs

   2. when the parameters need to be ready

   3. when the tests need to be finished

   4. when CCC certificate/ MEP approvals/BEPB approval need to be released

   5. when CCC labels are available

   6. And so on
       

4. Make the locally outsourced homologation test plans and supervise the plan to be implemented. Make it clear on what tests can be done in one vehicle and what tests can be carried over from this vehicle to another. And what tests need to be done first. Supervise the tests by timely reporting the issue to relative departments and coordinate internal resource to get it resolved as soon as possible.
    

5. Coordinate with counterparts overseas to develop the in-house witness test plan.  Accompany China-authorized witnesses to fly to EU/US for witness tests.
    

6. Lead the local delivery for product post-production requirements

   1. Communicate COP requirements to our counterparts; Collect COP reports and COP implementation reports; Review these documents and get them filed with CQC; In addition,   schedule the plant audits with CQC and support the plant audit on site.

   2. On the running change programs, driven by new regulatory requirements and engineering changes, quickly make homologation requirement and plan for re-homologation.  Get re-homologation done on time.
       

7. Other activities, including

   1. Coordinating submission of documentation

   2. Communicating with government authority and accredited test labs to get all test reports properly issued and submitted to CQC/MEP/BEPB

   3. Maintain the relation with related China authorities to ensure homologation on-time delivery
