2、精通Flash制作、GIF小动画制作；
3、精通HTML、CSS；

4、美术、设计专业毕业优先；
5、对平面设计有一定的了解；
6、敬业、积极、上进，能吃苦；

面试时，请带上：
1、您创作的最得意的作品、网站或页面（能体现出您对网站UI的整体组织、把控、和协调能力）；
2、您制作的最得意的Web上用的图片（大、中、小图各一张以上）(能体现您的美感与底蕴）；
3、您制作的最得意的Flash、Gif（能体现你对动画的主题策划、素材调控与运用能力）；
或（但不要求）：您最得意的其他作品。
