Responsibility:
? Provide full spectrum of HR & Operations support in China
? Handle staff onboarding & offboarding (e.g. background check and sign off procedures)
? Manage monthly payroll & social benefit contributions
? Responsible for invoice issuance and account payables
? Support annual insurance and account payables
? Support annual insurance review & tax return to government
? Liaise with group financial controller and local accountant / auditor
? Handle general office administration and ad-hoc projects
? Respond to general enquires
Requirement:
? University graduate, preferable in HR major
? At least 3 years of experience in HR
? Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast paced environment, and keep pace with change
? Solid knowledge of China Labour Law& HR processes
? Detail-oriented and well organized
