About the company:
A famous foreign company, Fluid control experts, provide customers with professional design manufacture to connect fluid transmission and control technology solutions, is a leader in the field of the inventor of the quick connector.
 
Key Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for maintenance of all production equipment, including installation and /or repair in order to ensure the production running at high reliability and with cost effectiveness;
？ Manages and trains the maintenance team;
？ Responsible for the maintenance cost within budgeted cost;
？ Annul maintenance budget, provide information to management regarding the budget for equipment, software and hardware purchases/installation and maintenance spare parts;
？ Establish and monitor PM (preventive maintenance) for each piece of production equipment, review PM plan and application;
？ Establish and review TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) KPI and conduct maintenance audit within territory, review TPM plan and application to continuously improve maintenance efficiency;
？ Establish and monitor PDM (Predictive Maintenance), review PDM plan and application;
？ Set up document system for all maintenance / repairing records so as to produce monthly reports on analysing and identifying the maintenance/repairing problems, including recommendations to improve the machinery/equipment performance and services standards;
？ Spare parts management. According production requirements, setup right spare parts inventory to make sure all procedures;
？ 7S implementation in maintenance daily work;
？ Properly support finance team to manage fixed asset after new equipment installation or equipment upgrade;
？ Other works assigned by the direct superior.
 
Key Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical, Electrical Engineer, automatization or related discipline;
？ Over 8 years in automotive industry and 5 years maintenance management experience;
？ Solid knowledge and skill of Equipment;
？ Good communications skill;
？ Good spoken and written English;
？ Initiative, down to earth and self-motivated;
？ Hardworking and willing to work under high pressure;
