职位描述：
Job Duties:
- Manage and coach a fast developing sales team in Shanghai and Jiang Su Province.
- Design and implement sales strategic & business plan for achieving revenue growth in line with volume and GP.
- Identify, engage and win new business opportunities.
- Manage relationship with key customers, internal sectors and business partners.
- Monitor and drive sales activity in CRM system including sales calls, pipelines, sales leads.
- Develop agendas, proposals, presentations, reports for both external and internal purpose.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor degree or above in business or related field.
- 7+ years proven record in sales experience with 3+ years in managerial position in Freight Forwarding / Express / Transportation industry
- Demonstrated ability to explore and develop new business in Shanghai and Jiang Su Province.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling experience at senior business level.
- Experience in Fired Sales is highly preferred.
- Experience in demonstrating value proposition to customers.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation and presentation skill.
- Fluent in Mandarin &English (fluent in both written & oral) 举报 分享
