JingJobs is a job matching platform and HR recruitment consultant, matching start ups and bilingual young professionals in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Our young dynamic team is looking for a new addition to assist with recruitment and admin/operational matters.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with company operations and client requests
- Responsible for company licenses registration, renewal and company documents
- Bookkeeping and fapiao management and assist with monthly accounting matters
- Handle government bureau coordination and paperwork
- Recruitment research and job posting
- CV management and screening, interview screening
- Database management
- Chinese to English or English to Chinese translations
- Assist with WeChat official account tasks and management
Candidate Preferences:
- Native CHINESE national/speaker (must)
- Bachelor degree required, major in HR or English preferred
- 1 year Experience in HR or related position with basic finance knowledge preferred
- Fluent in English and Chinese (must)
- Good communication skills and multi-tasker
- Quick learner and independent worker
- International mindset preferred

协助CEO完成办公室日常运营并解答客户咨询
负责公司各种证照的办理延期和保管公司机密文件资料
负责公司现金日记账和发票管理,配合记账公司完成月度公司记账工作
负责公司对外的联络和协调工作及文件资料准备和提交
招聘渠道拓展和职位发布
简历筛选、完成首轮面试
数据库管理
翻译
负责微信公众号的运营
任职资格:
中国国籍
本科以上学历,HR或英语相关专业
1年以上HR或相关岗位工作经验,具备基本的财务知识
流利的中英文沟通能力
善于沟通并能够多任务处理
学习能力强,能在无监督的情况下按时完成工作内容
